Kha Creation is proud to say, that we were contracted by RealPage, a property management tool company to create themes for them based on the Kentico CMS. We were in charge of managing the front end development and to make sure their designs were uniquely transformed into scalable themes. While we created standard theme templates that were sold to many agencies, we also created customizable website themes for RealPage clients. One of the custom website development project was Luxe Apartments.
Luxe apartments cater to those who are looking for resort-like laidback homes. Sparkling saltwater swimming pool, picnic areas, and indoor basketball courts make Luxe Apartments no less than an actual resort.
Platform: Kentico
- Kentico CMS quickly became popular because of its ease of access and ability to securely manage the website content by multiple users.
What we delivered:
- We created a set of custom widgets that work separately to create a unique user experience.
- Floor Plan: A floor plan widget that customers can use to filter the properties by price and availability. A unique 3D virtual tour feature allows customers to take a tour of their favorite property. A downloadable brochure of floor plan and amenities allows users to take their sweet time to compare and make guided decisions.
- Gallery: Indoors or outdoors, Luxe Apartments exude opulence in every sense. Our gallery widget gives you a slideshow of scenic sunset views of the property.
- Amenities: From manicured gardens, picnic spots to the large clubhouse, and BBQ areas this widget lists all the amenities that come packaged with all-in-one apartments at the Luxe Apartments.
- Around town: Luxe apartments residential area is conveniently close to the best nightlife that Nashville has to offer. We specifically created this widget to highlight the uber lifestyle surrounding the property.
- Contact us: Luxe apartments have a wide network of partners from where they get inquiries for their apartments. Our widget was created with careful attention to the customer service as the Luxe apartments get inquiries from several different states.
