The Ask
Cambiati approached Kha Creation with a dual requirement: to develop an online store and to implement a membership functionality so users could download digital fitness guides including ebooks, video guides, and PDFs.
Design Implementation
Kha Creation initiated the project with a series of meetings to thoroughly understand Cambiati's requirements. After the initial client meetings, we conducted target audience research to understand their preferences and behaviors. The incorporated the insights gained into a final design specification.
Content Management System
Utilizing WordPress and Woo Commerce, Kha Creation developed an online storefront for Cambiati's products. To cater to their training and resource needs, we integrated a Membership module. This module, accessible only to paid members, provided an organized platform for distributing digital fitness guides. It ensured that paid members had exclusive access to the valuable resources, thus creating a gated community that added value to the membership. Through this approach, Cambiati successfully aligned with their goal of providing both products and educational resources.
The End Result
The project significantly contributed to Cambiati's growth with a notable increase in sales and a substantial uptick in customer satisfaction.
