Rossmoor Art Association needed a comprehensive online platform to seamlessly handle class registrations, instructor management, member subscriptions, and more.
THE APPROACH
Kha Creation developed an encompassing online solution with functionalities including: instructor and member registration; class creation; a payment gateway; a member dashboard; a phone book; locker assignments for artists; and comprehensive reporting features.
THE OUTCOME
The new platform improved operational efficiency, made class registration easier, and upgraded management reporting. Thus, we were able to enrich the experience of both instructors and members, while providing valuable insights in terms of administrative decision-making.
The Rossmoor Art Association (RAA) is a community of around 350 art enthusiasts, ranging from seasoned artists to new hobbyists. They welcome individuals to share a common appreciation for art. Members can enjoy a range of benefits including art classes, attending art demonstrations and movies, exhibiting their artwork, viewing art films, and mingling with other artists to foster creativity.

The Ask
The Rossmoor Art Association sought a comprehensive online system to: streamlined instructor and member registration, as well as class creation and management, in addition to providing reporting capabilities to keep track of registrations, income, attendance, and instructor-specific metrics, thus enhancing overall operational efficiency and user experience.
Design Implementation
Post requirement understanding, Kha Creation focused on a design tailored for the senior audience of Rossmoor Art Association. Through iterative meetings, we came up with a design that ensured simplicity and ease of navigation. We streamlined the registration flow, making it more intuitive and user-friendly. The final design was a marriage of aesthetic appeal and functionality, ensuring that the platform was not only visually pleasing but also met the Art Association's operational needs. Content Management System
The system facilitates seamless registration for both members and non-members. It generates reports on various operational metrics such as registrations, income, and attendance, providing invaluable insights. The locker assignment feature is streamlined to efficiently manage stationary allocation.
