The renowned U.S based property management software company, RealPage wanted Kha Creation to develop Kentico website themes for them. We received design layouts from them and transformed them into themes. We were the only website agency approached by the RealPage for this task. While working with them, we were also asked to provide our custom website development services to some of their clients. One of them was Lakeside Apartments.
Lakeside Apartments provide their services in the Los Angeles area to people who are looking for resort lifestyle homes.

What we delivered:
- Lakeside Apartments property homes are one of the premium housing properties in Los Angels adjacent to the West Hollywood area.
- Floor Plans: We created this widget to provide a detailed list of properties available for the potential customer. Results can be filtered as per the rent range, floor plan, or Square Feet. It highlights the top amenities and users can also take a virtual tour of the property.
- Amenities: This widget lists tonnes of community amenities provided by Lakeside Apartments.
- Gallery: We created this custom widget to give a photo tour of the community. Various types of apartments and houses are listed here.
- Neighborhood: Neighborhood widget shows colleges/ schools, recreation areas, and entertainment hotspots around the property.
- Contact us: With this widget, a user can schedule an in-person meeting with the sales manager to take the tour of homes or make an inquiry of home suitable to their lifestyle.
