Taqueria Los Gallos Express is a very popular Mexican restaurant that started in 1980. It serves authentic Mexican food in two locations, Concord and Pleasant Hill, California. Their food is mouthwatering good with real spices and traditional recipes that are passed on by generations. They also provide catering services in various packages. They offer catering for a wedding, birthdays and small gatherings. Kha Creation appreciates the opportunity to redesign a restaurant website for Taqueria Los Gallos Express.

What We delivered:

We redesigned the existing Taqueria Los Gallos Express website into a colorful and mobile friendly WordPress website with an online ordering experience. Below is the summary of what we delivered:

1. The overall theme of the red and green color website has been derived from spicy and traditional Mexican food.
2. The complete responsive nature of the website makes it easier for the users to access the website on various devices.
3. The sticky menu allows easy access to the menu even while scrolling the page.
4. The ‘Home Page’ provides detailed information about various food dishes available on the menu list, a social feed, a section to redirect the users to download the restaurant’s app, the location of various outlets of the restaurant, and testimonials of customers.
5. ‘Taquerias’ page shows detailed information of current outlets at Concord, Pleasant Hill, and Pittsburg.
6. From the ‘Catering’ page, customers can book from various catering service packages available with customized food options and make online payments. We have also provided downloadable forms that customers can print and use for placing catering orders offline. We used Gravity forms to create these simple and interactive forms.
7. We have created an ‘Order Online’ button, from which customers can directly purchase their favorite dishes.
8. We made use of the ‘GloriaFood’ app to facilitate the online ordering option for the Taqueria Los Gallos Express website. GloriaFood is an online ordering system made especially for restaurant businesses.
9. We have also helped to launch Taqueria Los Gallos Express Android app and iOS app that is available on the Play Store right now.
10. The ‘Contact Us’ page displays primary contact details such as an address, email, phone number, work hours, and various social media links. We used gravity forms to create a contact form that allows customers to connect with customer executives for any queries related to food delivery or catering services.
11. We added links to the homepage on the header and footer sections of the pages.
12. We also provided the client with the necessary documentation and briefing on editing and managing the website content via detailed calls and recorded video.
