Description:
We have had a long professional relationship with Propertyware, a residential property management company. We have made hundreds of website templates for them which any customer or agency can buy to develop a website for themselves. Propertyware wanted us to work on one of their clients to create a custom website theme. We created a custom real estate website for Green Caye Village property management.
Green Caye Village provides affordable housing facilities in Dickinson Texas. From townhouses, duplexes, to mobile homes they offer good rental properties supported by high-quality customer service.
What we delivered:
- Search panel: We create a search panel on the home page where customers can find properties as per locations, rent, bedroom, and baths. This widget is linked with ‘For Rent’ page. Properties from the search results can be viewed in the form of a slideshow. When clicked on the desired result, complete information about the property like area, rent, amenities, home type, pet policies, etc are displayed.
- Nearby Listings: We created this widget that shows nearby property listings just below the current property details.
- Contact Agent: At the bottom of ‘Nearby Listing’ we created a widget using which interested customers can contact the leasing agent of the respective property.
- Floor Plans: This widget lists ‘Town Homes’ and ‘Mobile Homes’ available for leasing purposes. When clicked on the home, customers can view the amenities available and take a virtual tour of the property.
- About: This section gives detailed information about the gated property.
- Community: We have listed all the amenities available along with magnificent views of the community.
- FAQs: We have listed all the possible questions and their possible answers for the customers who are looking to move to this suburban part of Texas.
- Schools: Green Caye Village is located within Dickinson Independent School District which has Elementary, Middle, Junior and High schools.
- Utilities: We have listed Internet, Television, Phone, Power, and Water service providers of the Dickinson area.
- Apply Now: This widget opens the Tenant Application management system where current tenants can apply for service requests or manage payments.
- Contact us: This is a simple form to contact the rental manager to make primary inquiries to buy, sell or to lease a home
- Residents: This is a direct portal for the residents of the Green Caye Village property.
- RV park: This widget is linked to a dedicated portal for RV parking sites and their amenities.
- Storage: This section lists the information related to the ‘Storage’ facility allotted to current tenants.
