Website Project Manager
Kha Creation (https://www.khacreationusa.com/) is searching for a talented Project Manager (PM) to manage and coordinate client website development projects in WordPress and other content management systems. The PM will work directly with clients and design, development and data teams to execute projects, taking the primary developer role of WordPress and PHP based websites.
The PM must be well-organized, a strong communicator with the ability to manage timelines, budgets and have the experience to work proactively in an agile and remote work environment.
Responsibilities of Project Manager:
Review and understand project scopes considering financial, resource and technological constraints including cost estimates with consideration of business impacts and identified risks.
Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate.
Create wireframes and sitemaps, define project scopes and give clear instructions to the design + development teams.
Communicate project scope and objectives criteria to teams and ensure the results meet client.
Expectations and remain within project scope.
Identify necessary resources and assign/delegate tasks and responsibilities.
Complete projects according to schedule and within budget.
Review and approve deliverables prepared by team before passing to customers for review.
Effectively apply our methodology and enforce project standards.
Ensure that project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.
Identify and manage project risk.
Requirements:
Proficiency in WordPress development, a must.
Proven ability to successfully prioritize multiple tasks.
Substantial client-facing experience.
Excellent written and verbal fluent English.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Project management experience a must (PMP or CAPM a plus).
Familiarity with software and applications such as Teamwork, Google Suite etc.
Good eye for design and strong understanding of website strategy and quality standards.
Digital agency experience preferred.

Digital Project Manager
Responsibilities will include:
Serve as the primary point-of-contact for project stakeholders (including executive level).
Provide necessary information and support to the finance department to facilitate client invoicing.
Make sure all the necessary project goals are met before sharing the project/ reports with clients
Understand and adjust the available resources to finish the current tasks and escalating issues.
Conduct resource meetings and share discussion notes.
Responsible for managing, controlling, and reporting on your project
Work with PM Team and Senior Management to select possible resources for projects.
Communicate project timelines, including milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to both internal teams and the client.
Control and monitor project scope and manage client’s feedback and implement them.
Responsible for developing and maintaining the project, financial, acceptance, and communication plans.
Manage and lead internal project teams remotely throughout the project (planning, executing, monitoring, and testing).
Work with other departments such as Digital Marketing and Business Development to further grow your account.
Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of web technologies, web design, and the delivery of solutions with creative and engineering components.
Experience in an interactive agency, managing medium-to large-scale digital design and development projects.
Solid understanding of project management processes including requirements development and management, scope definition and management, communication management, budget management and reporting, resource management, risk identification and management, and client engagement.
Skills and characteristics:
Has a strong knowledge of how to run technical projects.
Excellent communication skills with the department and cross-department teams.
Ability to remain calm and in control under pressure and to calm others under stress.
Experience of communicating with the client as well as senior stakeholders of the company
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams including SEO, Content, UX, Design, Technology, and QA

Technical SEO Specialist
We are looking for someone who has the working knowledge and experience of doing SEO optimization for clients of any industry. The candidate should have sound knowledge of techniques and tools to be used to deliver the results. The right candidate for us is someone who can create an integrated strategy while focusing on organic and paid aspects of the promotion.
Responsibilities will include:
Make use of keywords that will support the campaign objectives
Keep up with the changing technologies
Communicate and coordinate with other teams

Executing necessary on-page optimization activities to increase organic visibility
Studying website crawl reports, analytics reports, and server logs to come up with better ideas to improve the indexing process

Should be able to write compelling content for business profiles, social bookmarking, social media, and blog writing
Understanding of Schema markup
Knowledge of SEO software such as Moz, SEMRush, SEOBook, ScreamingFrog, and others

Responsibilities will include:
Working closely on all of our website projects. We’ll want and expect your input on the best ways to structure the build — from start to finish.
Writing and maintaining clear documentation of your work, so that others on the team can pick up where you left off or learn from your experience on a project
Staying up-to-date on the latest development technologies and methodologies.
Required skills:
Deep knowledge of PHP and web application architecture
Ability to understand user behavior and intent, and use this information to build intuitive apps and websites for our clients.
Ability to work and collaborate on a team with others.
You should have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably in a technical role.
Proficiency in PHP/MYSQL and AJAX
